By utilizing its proprietary PDM (Product Data Management) system, YAMADA adopts centralized development and data management. This maximizes use of past design assets and knowledge, achieving both high development efficiency and superior quality.

YAMADA builds flexible production systems tailored to its business partners’ needs, ranging from “finished products,” “modules,” and “high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.”
By establishing a uniform quality control system across all its global locations, YAMADA ensures supply chain efficiency and stable supply. (Precision molds, various resin moldings, motor manufacturing, assembly, automated production lines)

In April 2024, YAMADA received the “P&G 2024 External Business Partner of the Year Award” *1 and “P&G 2024 Supplier Impact Award” *2 by Procter & Gamble (P&G).
- ※1 P&G selected 12 “Partners of the Year” from the ranks of more than 60,000 external business partners. YAMADA received the award for the sixth time following its successes in 2011, 2013, 2014, 2018, and 2020.

In November 2017 at Panasonic Excellent Partners Meeting, YAMADA was awarded by Panasonic for our KAIZEN costing activity through development of fan heater.
Panasonic, together with all of its suppliers, is engaged in ECO-VC activities aimed at reducing environmental impact and optimizing costs. We received this award in recognition of our efforts to strengthen cost competitiveness through proposal-based development for compact fan heaters.
YAMADA will continue to be a company that offers its unique products and services to business partners and users.
